The only time that a user may place, alter or withdraw a Bid is when the Auction is in Status Live. The user has to follow the bidding process which can be outlined as follows:
New Bid (Place Bid)
Increase Bid Once a Bid has been placed, the user may never reduce the Bid Amount, only increase it.
Withdraw Bid Once the StaX Price has been calculated (Day 2 onwards), this determines whether a Bid qualifies or not.
Distribution After the Auction ends successfully, the distribution of StaX takes place, distributing the number of StaX to all successful bidders, based on the final calculated StaX Price.
Auction Canceled If an Auction is ever Canceled, all bidding should have stopped by this point and any bid amounts reserved during the auction will be returned to the respective bidders. The Auction must be rescheduled by the Issuer upon which it then starts with Scheduled status (1) again.
You will be able to view all your active trading activities and your trading history under the Bids & Orders tab in the app menu. You have the option to view your bids, buy orders and sell listings.
Bids gives you an overview of all your bids, valid bids or your low bids. You can also view your Bid History or Discover Auctions by tapping on these buttons.
Buy Orders and Sell Listings give you the option to view all trade orders or listings not filled or only partially filled.
When you want to see a list of all the trading detail on a particular order, tap on the order tile to get an expanded view of the detailed transactions that make up the order.
If you wish to become an Issuer you can access the Issuer Dashboard in one of two ways :
Step 1: Create an account: Create an account to start or, if you already have an account, sign in with your username/password
Step 2: Pay listing fee: A $7.50 listing fee to cover identity verification and admin costs is required to create your Issuer Profile. (Non-refundable).
